Brandon Tan

Brandon Tan has around 15 years of experience across Audit, Fund Administration, Operations, Compliance and Portfolio Management with at least ten years specialising in the alternative investment space.

 

Prior to founding Kai Global Consulting, Brandon was instrumental during the setting up of a regional fund administration firm in Singapore, establishing and growing the company’s presence in South East Asia, India and Korea.  Brandon has assisted multiple clients in setting up their presence in Singapore, including but not limited to Fund Manager budgeting and forecasting, Fund structuring and connecting of various external key stakeholders.

 

Prior to that, Brandon has set up and led the Finance, Operations and Compliance functions of two regional Venture Capital, as well as acted as the Finance Manager for a PE/RE fund manager.

 

Graduated with Bachelor of Accounting and Finance (First Class Honors, Bronze award) from University of London, Brandon is also a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, a Certified Practising Accountant of Australia and a Diploma holder in Regulatory Compliance (ICA).
